setup store woocommerce (dropshipping method)

im going to do avi619 method i have now domain and some dropshippers i will install woocommerce and i will sell from 3 warehouses homepage will be HK warehouse then i want 2 categories USA WAREHOUSE and EU Warehouse so when users are registred how can for USA WAREHOUSE only USA users can buy and EU users can not order from USA WAREHOUSE only from HK AND EU

I am not getting actually,you keep both countries categories but the sale will be open for only one country i.e. US,not for Europe.

i want on that category USA WAREHOUSE only usa users to order because dropshippers doesnt ship to other countries so when someone want some products from USA can order from category USA WAREHOUSE but only USA users ,EUROPE can order from homepage that are from HK and EUROPE WAREHOUSE

2 ways .

1.you can specify in the category that your dropshippers don't provide services in that particular region / country.

2. Trace Location of the user via IP , and show them only those products which can be delivered in that particular region / country.

2 will be good from geolocate ip for example only usa ip can access it but how can i do that ?
