Hi there, how can i change my username?

You'll need to be a Jr.VIP to be able to change your name. You can only change it once a year though.

100 posts .... But useful posts not just useless posts just to increase your post count that can bring you infraction or ban hammer .

You need to have a really exceptional case for an Admin to even consider changing your name.
If you named yourself after Ste Hughes,maybe then. Or Not Ste Hughes.
