Hello,

I can explain two ways to display images in posts and comments on your FB page:

The most simple way is to upload a picture in your blog post and try using the post link as a facebook post or comment and that will automatically display in your FB page.

If you do not want the default image in your blog to appear on your FB page, then you will get a "Upload Image" option just below your default image, click on it and choose the image to be displayed from your machine or from a URL of your choice. You will be able to see the new image that will take you to the website outside FB.

First choice is the best!
