Sure you can but all is about the competition of the keywords, if you find a very nice without competition you can do it, may be start with a micro niche selling site

I suggest you to make it by yourself beside buy it on the market place, less expensive and you will have a better result in the end

Also read all the guide about keywords competition and after that you can rent few expensive keywords competition analyse tool on fiverr for $5

I mean if you plan to have visitors by SEO and you don't care about items and you just looking for a valuable niche don't expect find gem in the market place, do it by yourself because I doubt you can buy an "all on one" solution for $100 who make you 300 / month, I tell you that because I see you are new and many sale thread are does not tell the whole truth if you know what I mean
