It looks like you are showing one domain in your ads and having the clicks land on another domain. That's not allowed. If your ad shows mydomain.com in the display URL, the domain reached once all redirects are through has to be mydomain.com. That's what you need to see in your browser's address bar.

Incorrect. I've been having this problem as well on two of my accounts. The domain, and the display url match just fine. I've even tried (http://, http://www.) additional/removals. Yet, I still get the error. The best result is to contact live support, it's the only thing thats fixed it. It makes no dam sense...

If it's not a technical issue then most probably you have messed up the final URLs in the ads. Make sure you have all the Final URLs same in any given adgroup. Best is if you call up cust care they will login to the account with you and help you sort out all your issues as pointed out above.
