I guess you wasted a lot of time reading/watching/knowing these things. All you would need to become an "Alpha Male" is 100 bucks

1. $50 for renting hotel for a day (Make sure there are a few lamps, bed and bathroom)
2. $10 for breakfast
3. $5 x 2 (for sticking it in the wall), you can actually re-use it.
4. $30 mobile with a camera
5. Youtube Account
6. Skills to search stockphoto sites- Depending on your imagination level, you can possibly have unlimited girlfriends.

Biologically speaking, alpha is considered "Top of the hill". Top of the hill is based on testosterone. Have a look at Silverback gorillas (one of the highest testosterone in animal kingdom, closest to our specie), our closes primates and see how they behave. Usually very calm, patient and protective. Considered leaders of the flock.
But to convert it onto todays society, I frequently compare an "alpha male" to a gentleman.
Gentlemens roles are described to take good care of people, knowing them or not. Never make people feel bad (thus including never complain about their 'bad' behaviour), always complimenting people for whats good. And to in fact be a leader. A true leader, as in keeping an eye to make sure everyone in his company is having a good time and nobody else is messing up for them. Not the "COMON GUYS, LETS GO TAKE A BATH", thats not a gentleman phrase like "I feel like going for a swim, if anyone wanna come" (puts no pressure).

Hmmm, in order to be an alpha male you have to be a part of a group. Once you're part of that group you start fighting and biting your way to the top. Once you're on top of the group and it only takes one look and some growling to get your group buddies on their bellies, then you're a true alpha male.

Until then, you're probably a delusional schizophrenic and need specialized help.
