Instagram bans my account any idea why?

Jesus christ, that's what happens when you don't use quality accounts / proxies and i'm almost betting you're being too aggressive on settings.
I don't even need to see your settings to know, that's probably the reason.
Edit: Just checked out your proxy provider, and doesn't seem like they offer "Instagram proxies", which is what you need.
Use sslprivate, hq virgin instagram proxies. I've never had an account banned from using their proxies

It is very slow i think that the proxys are the problem

If it's slow, then you might want to fix how you follow, since i'm looking at some of your accounts getting 14% fb, which is horrible.
And yeah i believe it's the proxies, you need to use quality instagram proxies, not just regular private proxies.
I've been using very cheap proxies which many of you would consider as sh*t.. However they've worked for me on accounts that I've created myself. They even have worked on a new account which I've built to 40k in just 2-3months with quite aggressive settings. The only time I've got my accounts banned is when I have purchased the accounts. You never know what the provider has done with the accs before. So I would recommend you create your accs yourself if you have not done that

I bought 10 dedi proxies from Instantproxies.com(A service from here) and I use Massplanner. As soon as I load my accounts and run them for 20 minutes,I get hit by Phone Verifs. I've lost 22 accounts.
My follow settings are the lowest possible while I used to follow over 1k in a day manually.
Think your proxy suggestions would fix this?

Try with 1 Instagram proxy from SSL private proxies.

Did you buy bulk accounts or you have created those yourself? Buying bulk accounts is always a shot in the dark. If you are not creating the accounts yourself on quality proxies, you are basically gambling. Phone verified accounts created on good proxies would be safer to operate on the very same proxies they have been created on.

I'll give this a go.
I'm making the accounts myself with a method and email verifying them. All are non-pva.
I wanted to see how far I could go manually and was running 6 accounts from my own IP.(following/liking/commenting)
It got too hard to keep track to decided to switch to a bot and it's a nightmare. Heck,I could follow over 1k people on each every day without a ban or temp ban.

Are you facing any issues with recent Massplanner? I mean I get cpu usage around 100% everytime it start sync. Is the same with you or just me.

No man,no issues with Massplanner. I got it like 2 days ago and it's working fine. I got the Unlimited IG edition ~
Then again,I have 6 Gigs of RAM.

You need better proxies, most of the proxy sellers oversell or sell to many.
Get dedicated proxies or go make your own.
