Amazon to ebay Dropship - Negative feedback

Hello people


i am an ebay seller and currently working on getting more feedbacks to my account
i am planning to start dropship in few weeks and i am afraid that i will get negative feedbacks from a dissapointed customer that received amazon gift package and also noticed that i had some profit...




i already searched on feedback profiles of amazon to ebay dropshippers and it's very rare that customer mention amazon in their negative feedback
it will be great if someone can share what they are doing to prevent this issue.

Do not worry, if they ask any questions just let them know you are using Amazon fulfillment center for distribution.

can you write more details? should i say it only when they ask me or in the description or may in private message after shippment? i guess there are some buyers that won't say nothing and just instantly write negative feedback. also can you give me estimated number for disappointed customers in case i won't write anything to the customers , ? how many negative feedbacks ill have? any more information or idea will help.

Do not say anything unless they ask, chances are they wont even notice. If they ask why did it come in an amazon box you simply tell them that you are using amazon fulfillment services, they handle all shipping and use their own boxes.

As far as I am concerned Amazon does not always use the marked package. Just don't forget to check the "gift" option at the checkout - then you can be sure that the Amazon invoice is not placed into the box.

i have now 30 feedbacks if ill start dropship now and i will get 2 negative feedbacks i'll need to start the business from the beginning , do you think there is a high chance it will happen? i really need more information about estimated numbers of buyers that will leave negative feedback.

Best option you don't buy amazon fulfillment sellers you can buy other sellers mate . . they ship using normal delivery services . so customers not find package from amazon . .

Yes that's right but it is more likely to have receipt inside the box when you buy from this kind of sellers, i had that kind of experience and i received items with receipt.

Should i make my orders from amazon marked as a gift? or amazon won't ship with receipt whether i mark it as a gift or not?

You are allowed 6 or 7 before % negative feedbacks will throw you into ban territory.
