i suppose that's what he's trying to getting at

to my best knowledge it's only possible now, if you have a US PayPal account (fake or real), because you can't link the Payoneer US Payment Service anymore to a non-US Paypal account (it was possible before) and it would be needed to transfer money from PayPal to Payoneer

so it's only possible for OP and for everyone else now, if the two was linked before this limitation was set (this might not work either though) or one somehow acquires a US PayPal account even if his/her place of residence is outside of the States

what you mean? you can link your payoneer card with paypal like any other card and use it.
