It shows 15000+ backlinks

Domain has >$10 CPC, org extension and high competition. Is it ok to pay more than $150+ for such domain.

Looks good. Are the links actually decent? The TF from Majestic suggests they may be of low quality. Check the waybackmachine too for signs of previous dodgy SEO.

Checked through wayback, it looks like the site has copied content although not penalised by google.

If you have scrapebox, check the backlinks through that.

If you are buying the domain for the back links, then the TF/CF ratio is way too low for it to be useful and I would advise against it.

I am no pro at understanding those metrics, but from what i know TF-3 seems a bit low if the metrics are the reason for purchase, so for $150 i would also advise not to do buy the domain, i am sure better can be found for regfee.
