Anyone know mass flagging/reporting bots or methods to get an IG account banned?

This is for personal reasons a good one so please don't waste my time asking why and all the details unless you're morally inclined to do this for good reasons only. I really need this done and it's a good reason. Willing to pay to get it done.

Did the account in question violate Instagram ToS? If yes, can be banned. If not, even if banned, will be unbanned pretty fast.
How many accounts needed to get it banned depends on how many followers are there.
