I am trying to find a way to make about $1000 a month that is not to hard and that I can understand. Please help?

I do wan to learn. I don't want to invest any money though because I have had bad experiences with that.

You don't need to invest much money to get going, although investment in training can be beneficial.
To get started, think of an area you enjoy learning about and choose that as a niche. Then start to learn how to monetize your passion

Well one of my biggest passions is gardening and farming, so would I just try to start a dropship business selling that type of stuff? Also do I need a license to dropship? I have seen some people say yes and some say no.

There are many ways you could monetize your passion, dropshipping is just one way.
How about creating a series of videos giving people tips on how to make their gardens look great. Learn how to rank YT videos then use all the traffic you'll start get to make money from ads, but also build a list by sending the traffic to a squeeze page where you offer a free gardening ebook. Now you have a list of people interested in gardening that you can promote products to over and over again.

$1000 a month is not something a noob can achieve easily. Going to take a lot of time, dedication & self reflexion.
What you're good at online, what you know about making money online. Are you interested in learning? what will you do to learn?

yes i am interested to learn and i have read a few methods on here. one that sticks out to me is using dragon natrally speaking to write articles and submit them to places that pay for articles. is that a good start?

If I was you I would spend a couple of days just reading round this forum. Money making and journey sections. As you read note down some of the ideas that sound suitable to you.
After that take each method and do a little further research to really see what's involved. Use the search function for this.
By now I think you'll have seen something you really think you can do.
Do it. Test it. Tweak it. Try again and keep going until you make some money.

If you are good in language try with article writing ..I am not sure you will get $1000 but $500 for sure...
