How long does a video need to be for monetization?

Is there a minimum? I heard videos should be longer then 5 minutes?

Minimum 560x315 pixels and had to be at least 30sec long to monetize.

No I dont think more than 5 minutes,I have seen many others which are less than 2-3 minutes.You can try it once for checking.

Omg now i know why my video is making no money...i have a short clip of 33 secs and it has 600 views, its monetized but got zero money from it. Oh holy all mighty thanks for the suggetion =D

PS: On the other site, i have 2 minute videos where is no ads playing too mhhh strange
