I think you have to dispute your payment as the provider is not responding for several days and I also escalate my payment to paypal as I did not hear from him after several emails

We had several staffs changes internally and had an access problem to BHW which has now resolved.
Staff who used to handle our communication/email had to leave for a personal reason and this had
affecting our communication with customers.
