Mod took action so we should either get money back or get our keywords. Owner of this thread has a pretty decent profile so I doubt he will scam us. I also heard some rumors that he was ill? If that's the case, I would wait. Some people waited for more than a month..

open a paypal dispute if you can. I ordered one of his other services at the start of November, bit of a issue for me as I stealth on ebay so have about 50 paypals, can't be bothered trawling through them all to see which one I paid from lol

Well, the mod gave the seller 7 days. It's been a month. No alerts from any mods concerning this issue. I'm just waiting for the mod to say something before I act. You never know what the mods will do if you do something they think that you shouldn't do...
Right when I dispute, the seller might give the keywords and tell the mods that I disputed after receiving the keywords. Then he puts me up in shitlist and of course the moderator's go with the donor or VIP.

Just for reference, Jr VIP's don't carry any more weight on the shitlist forum than anyone else. If someone's not fulfilled their commitments, we'll hold them to it regardless. You won't get penalised for posting a genuine issue in the shitlist forum, whether or not it gets resolved in the meantime. Any outstanding issues should be posted in the SL forum as we want to see these get sorted out. For reference, here's what we recommend you do:
- Firstly, contact the seller by PM, clearly outlining your issues and stating what you want the seller to do to resolve the problem.
- Then, if you do not get a proper response or attempt to sort this out within a reasonable time (3 days is a good general rule), you should contact them and let them know you will take it further if they do not respond.
- You are allowed to leave ONE negative review on the sales thread. You can be as detailed as you like but it's important you stay factual and do not post personal information or abuse.
