sell collector silver coins

Hi

I was searching for some collector coins today. Something that took my attention is the fact that i can buy coins in webshops that are cheaper than on ebay. Is ebay expensive for silver collector coins? How is this niche, are people willing to spend a lot of money on rare coins?

How can someone calculate when a coin will be worth more or less in a certain period of time?

I searched information on google but i can't find much.

Well, IMO you shouldn't be buying silver coins on eBay in the first place because so many of them are Chinese fakes.

If you believe that there is predictability in the coin market, then you could try recording the prices of competitors over time and using Random Forests to predict whether the price will go up or down. Try googling "buffalox8 stock prediction github" for a repo where this technique was used to make decent predictions on whether certain stocks would go up or down (though not the magnitude of the change). Price changes in a market are either due to speculation or changes in the value of the underlying asset. This technique can glean information from speculatory changes, but not from changes in the value of the underlying assert.

True but i want to sell them so i have no problem with fakes.
