Free Follow/ UnFollow method? Schedule posts?

Hey BHW.. I have been off my IG game for a while but I am ready to step on the throttle a bit this year and grow my accounts up.
Just wondering if anyone knows of a *free* way to follow and unfollow? I do my likes and comments manually due to only having two main accounts but with the follow limit I dont have time nor can I commit consistency to follow as aggressively as the limit allows (50-60/hr) for both accounts. If I could have atleast one done by a bot or app that would give me breathing room.

Right now I have about 3k followers on one account and 10k on the second. Both are aged and only following about 1k people each. The engagement is low but I have left both accounts inactive for a bit and I am also hoping to add some steam by scheduling my original content to go out 2-3 times daily for both accounts. Are there any free methods of scheduling posts??

Can you elaborate further? What free methods have you used that have resulted in being banned? I explain in the original post that I cannot accomplish the task without some help from automation. Also I would rather keep my content stored on a computer or on someones cloud rather than try to log in and out to post from both accounts on the one cell phone I have. (This was all much easier to manage when I had two but my secondary phone broke)

I appreciate the help but I do find it hard to believe everyone who follow/unfollows and schedules posts are doing it via paid service or getting banned. There must be some way. I can probably manage the follows, but keeping up with scheduling posts creates a challenge. Also who wants to manually unfollow thousands of people??

There may be some shady apps that you could use or some Bs. But You want to be a true IM and make good money with instagram? That is why we buy bots such as FL. People get it up in their head that they do not need to spend money to make money. I am only a teenager so after I pay for my car, gas, insurance, and phone bill every dollar I make goes back into Internet Marketing. Do everything manually or break the bank and maybe you will have something in a couple months. Instagram doesn't allow making posts via their API. That's in their Terms of Services. That's why there are not a lot of services out there allowing you to schedule posts on Instagram. Even if you find some free services, that will get your accounts banned.

If you wanna automate following/unfollowing/posting and if you really wanna get serious about this as you said, than I'd suggest you get MassPlanner, Followliker, Igerslike or some other tool that can do all of this. They all allow you to schedule posts, but they don't get your accounts banned, because they simulate a mobile device, and Instagram cannot detest it.

If you wanna try some free tools, I'd suggest you try Instagress. You can do automatic following/liking/unfollowing. You can try it for 3 days I think.

And if you wanna automate posting, I'd suggest you try Igerslike. I think it has 1 day trial or something like that.
