What can I do with an APPID/Secret key?

Hypethetically,

If I got someone else's appID and SecretKey, what kind of calls can I make? Can I get other's session tokens? Can I change the app settings?

no you can't, you need to login on the app owner's acc to edit the app's settings.

Really? Certainly it has SOME awesome use. That's why you're required to enter your password to pull it up. So it's gaurded.
