Reviewed dripfed 30 links per day package - randomly spot checking links. OP states actual PR instead of domain root, some of the links I saw had actual PR of 1-2 but most were unrated and about 75% of viewed links were nofollow. Most domains were unique with a couple used twice over the dripfeed period. The blogs were niche relevant and the comments were good - looked manual and relevant and onpage OBL's were generally between 5-10.
