I am going to buy installs in bulk for my own android app (direct link to download .apk file). App not listed on Google Play so you are welcome to use any techniques. I am looking for bulk android installs provider with kind of delivery method.

1. Almost all Geos are welcome including Asian and Latin American countries
2. The way, scheme and techniques you use to drive installs does not matter for me (any blackhat welcome)
3. Any niche or thematic of resources\sites\traffic are welcome but best results are made on "download" niche (movie, mp3, torrents, adult, games and etc)
4. It should be real human installs
5. It can be incentive or non-incentive installs, does not matter

7. Ready to pay upfront for initial tests
8. Upfornt weekly payments, even omg daily payments!
9. My application does nothing! It just showing interstitial ads after installation.

12. It should be cheap installs around $0.10 but price is really negotiable (Geo, amount, long-term cooperation, incentive/non-incentive etc)
