Nice offer OP - I've found that local citations help big time for local business SEO, especially now that SEO is a bit more limited in terms of what actually works for the long run.

I usually do simple local citations + paid traffic into those SEO-optimized pages. Usually does the trick for local keywords.

So, my question is: Have you found that local citations is sufficient enough to rank some local businesses WITHOUT traffic or other link building?
