Help please! Follow liker on kindle 5th generation?

I'm new to Internet marketing all together and I just recently started building an Instagram account. To help speed up the process I purchased the followliker but I can't seem to figure out how to use it on a kindle fire 5th generation or iPhone 6+. Is there any possible way to do so?

If you're going to build only one account, you can just run it on a laptop. There are many threads here on how to run the program.
