What do you mean by duplicate the website?
Duplicate the website so you don't need to configure the theme/add plugins, etc? Do you duplicate the products also if your website is deindexed and add the same website with same products on another domain name?

what happens to the clicks the site gets to pages which doesn't exist anymore? (it *** is indexed, but I don't have this page in the site)

I use a plugin called Link Juice Keeper that redirects anything that doesn't exist anymore to your home page...

Question for the group though... I'm using prosociate 2.1.4 and I can't figure out how to disable the "cart" and make it show a button to redirect to Amazon instead of the "Add to cart" button.

I'm suprised you did not get into trouble with Amazon actually....I would not recommend this because if they block your amazon account , it would be bad...There is a lot of money to be made with amazon the legit way

My category pages indexed with google but not the individual product posts, which I imagine is the whole point of this. And without WMT I feel a little in the dark. Any tips for making sure the product posts are indexed?

This seems like an awesome method but I have a few questions as I am a noob at this. Could someone define SMR, SDA, and SPA for me? Also should we just go and buy the domain from say godaddy or is there another way to get around this? And finally how do you recommend that we host this? On our own vps or just use a cheap host?

I've been thinking of doing something with expired domains for a while, thanks for the share!

One question though OP... Do you look for anything in particular when searching for the domain's indexed pages? I set up a site last night with what I think is a good domain so we'll see how it goes.

I'm wondering if this method can get you banned from Amazon since you're not providing unique content, you list a price (which they absolutely hate), and because the "buy" button isn't Amazon's.

Mine account was banned exactly for usin this method about half year ago. Not long time after site was hit by pure spam penalty.
Better cloak your afflinks and spoof referer so amazon won't know that your clicks are comming from that website
