Account registration: waterfall_id

So I am working on a quality account registration. I already have alot in source including qs_stamp.
Does anybody know what "waterfall_id" in /api/v1/accounts/create/ mean?

it's something like csrftoken,I usually generate a random string.I can't solve the "qs_stamp" problem,how do you solve it?

I decompiled the library and looked closely what the algorithm looks like. Since I know the math, I found one scientific paper that described it and implemented the same first in JavaScript (appeared to be relatively fast), then in Perl (very slow due to Math::Int64) then in C (extremely fast). The process included great deal of searching, searching and once again searching the internet for any traces. Sporadic references I found fit on one "google search results" page and disappear from the internet extremely fast so either somebody deletes them or nobody is interested in them and they are removed by automatic garbage collection bots.
