Hello again.
I created a new paypal account that is personal account type.
When I create account it appears as limited and now they ask me for utility bill.
The account that I create is with fake name and fake address and I would like to request another utility bill (such edp or other) to verify my account.


Can you provide another utility bill from Portugal that contains that name and that address to get verified?
It's safe using this "2nd paypal account" if I use it only through my mobile phone but connected through wi-fi in my house router where I use also to acess to my "1st paypal account"?

From personal experience, you should use each PayPal with a totally different IP address, user account, and banking info, etc or PayPal will link the accounts to each other. Hope this helps...

we can provide documents, but its a very bad idea to use the 2 paypal with same phone and same internet connection, always use with differnt use, differnt proxies, almost all things different.

However there is an issue, you told me to double check everything before putting it through PayPal, and luckily I went on my email to check my age, as I created that email for PayPal and I set the age as the one I set for PayPal, and it isn't 27th of July 1995 it's actually 25th of July 1995. I am really sorry for this!

I need a Portugal ID photo to verify my paypal, I'm underage and I'd need the DoB to be edited but I'm unsure how this works.
You basically make a new whole ID with the information I want OR I send you a picture and you photoshop it out?
