HOW can I test this script? If i have a limit of 70 visitors its a lot of work?

IMPORTANT: I'd be happy if someone knows the answer.

I have the script online, everything works fine expect for the last section. It should be shown after 40 visitors but after 80 still nothing to see... what's the issue? Anyone?
