Any idea how to do that?

Someone keep spamming my paypal account with bunch of money 2k-4k USD everyday from UNVERIFIED paypal account (stealing CC).

So I need to set my paypal account / merchant only receive money from VERIFY paypal account only.
I google it but nothing found.

Tell him to send me the money instead...I'm helping you bro

My paypal account got limited due to him bro.

He will pay you with random paypal account / emails everday. And after few day he/she will chargeback you.

You lost the money, you lost another money for paypal fees, and your account is limited.

So it's pretty useless. Now I can receive the money, but I cant withdraw or transfer the money out.

Here's something I found:

There is a way you can review, block or deny Unconfirmed addresses from making a purchase - A confirmed address is one that has been verified by PayPal. To change your PayPal account settings log into your PayPal account, click profile, click My selling tools, click update next to managing risk and fraud, and edit your filter settings. I hope this helps.

Give it a try. I have not tested it if it works or not.

of course it works, if you happened to buy anything on ebay, there are a lot of sellers who refuse to ship/sell to customers who have unconfirmed addresses in their paypal and it's done automatically

give him my paypal email..

What do u sell exactly u might be suprise it's ur competitator

Another solution is to block his ip if ur selling on website or using Wordpress that shouldn't be difficult

if he uses stolen CC/hacked paypal, chances are that he knows how to use a proxy/VPN...

@OP you can call PayPal, I'm pretty sure they will give you a resolution on this case :)

Phone paypal - this sounds fucking retarded... they must have a solution.

They off till Monday.

But the buyer keep buying it again. And I need to keep refund him + pay the fees. WTF!

PayPal randomly eat fees, without trying to resolve my issue, when I called them yesterday. They said, they will review it first but tomorrow is holiday so they will continue review it back on Monday.

*facepalm

Oh that's just moronic. There's a reason I hate PayPal, but this is a new level of fucktardenss even for them.

Who the fuck charges 33$ from a business for fees and doesn't realize that maybe somethin's not right when that starts happening day in day out?
