Fake followers - 2k account

Hi all, I have a few questions

I have an account that I've got up to 2k followers all manual work and has taken 4 days to achieve.

Can someone please tell me what the benefit of buying fake followers is.

I don't really want to buy fake followers but I am seeing a lot of people say they bought 5k - 10k followers initially to gain some sort of authority

Does fake followers benefit in any way other than the authority side of things? Does it help with the snowballing effect or is it bad?

If I were to get followers, how many would you say to get as I can see 10k is what most go for.

Any help would be appreciated

Stop over thinking you answered your question with people buy fake followers to boost authority.

Depending on how many is up to you because you don't want it to look fake/spam so your success rate will be based on common sense of your ability to perceive the image of your page through the eyes of the prospects.

It's basically to grab people's attention.
Buy fake followers = increase fb %.
It's just how humans work, people won't follow if you have 50 followers and 1000 followings BUT if you have 10k followers with 1000 followings, they will.

That makes sense. I want a little authority but nothing absolutely crazy. I was thinking to go for like 5k but I'm really not sure. My engagement isn't too bad at all but I'm also thinking to maybe get 1k followers and then follow 1k to try and get it to grow more organically and look more legit.

I'm growing at a rate of say... 400 followers per day but it's all based on me following people that like/comment pictures in my niche but I get so busy during the day I find it hard to stick to following and smaller amount and then I end up with a ban.

If you were me, what would you do?

Yeah throw 1k followers on there, it will help increase fb %, 1k might not help too much but it just looks better.
People don't like when accounts have high following and low followers so try to keep followers higher than your following at all times or atleast close to eachother.

I wouldn't buy followers. You will probably regret it later as it lowers your engagement rate.
2k followers & 200 likes per picture is cool, but 10k followers & 200 likes per picture looks like shit.

I personally don't want fake followers on my account. I still prefer to grow my accounts organically even if it takes longer than usual. But of course, it's up to you! There are people here who bought fake followers and it turned out good for them.

Hmm, just read the extra comments. I'm really unsure then. Right now.... My followers are at 2.1k and my following is 500

I think I am just over thinking. What it is, I started working on the account on Monday and got from 200 followers to 2k. However, someone I know started the same time and he now has 3k followers and he hasn't done much so I'm really confused why he has more followers. I know. 1 thing is that he got a picture up to 1k likes as it went viral but would that be enough to command an extra 1k followers? He had 2k yesterday and it is at 3k today and it makes me wonder if he bought followers lol
.... His niche is the same as me but he hasn't been following anyone so I'm pretty sceptical about it.

People are not using fake followers correctly. In my case I would create fake followers to interact with my account in both positive and semi negative engagements. I want to build up psychology that will trigger real user engagement, but not overly fake. Think outside the box, and don't ever charge people for fake user engagement.
