Any difference on SEO between Google & Bing

Just wanted to know if there is anything I should do differently to rank on Bing or Google? I have sites that get rankings on Google but not on Bing and vise versa. Any help would be appreciated thanks

I beg to differ, bing traffic brings me quite a few pennies for the keywords that do better on there than google.

No idea why certain keywords of mine do well on bing and yahoo though.

I do not much care for bing, so I don't know how it works. But it pays for me to rank on google.

Horses for courses, the bigger money is Google according to most.
Bing is easier to rank on ( as is Yahoo ), I have a site I have done zero work on for 3 years, it's nowhere on Google but brings me traffic in tiny amounts through Bing.
All I did was add the sitemap via Bing Webmaster tools and that's it. It is an Amazon UK site and has paid for itself.

Yes but would you rather rank 1 and q on Yahoo and bing or two on Google? People don't aim to rank on Yahoo or Bing, it is just a bonus.

In my experience, I have a much easier time ranking in Google than I do with Bing or Yahoo. For example, there's a keyword I'm targeting on one of my sites and I rank #1 for that keyword. Meanwhile over on Bing, I only rank in position #7 and Yahoo isn't much better.

It seems like whenever I rank well on Google, I rank poorly on Yahoo and Bing, but when I rank well on Yahoo and Bing, I rank poorly in Google.

Verify, add your sitemap, maintain a decent keyword density, build quality varied links, keep the site active.. This is all you need to rank in bing. Bing brings in good amount of money, if you are in health niche, don't ignore it.As far as google is concerned, there are lot of claims, but no thumb rules, because the rules keep changing every 2 months, adapt and move on to new websites if your old one is penalized.

Well i'd rather be nailing it on google, but i aint annoyed at being ranked better on bing/yahoo for the keywords that aint doing as well on google.

Infact i get quite excited when i see my rankings do well on yahoo/bing lol. But i suppose that's down to where im at - still new to the game. 2 yrs ish experience.
