I don't see a reason this would happen, did you use another account to log into mass planner? All data is linked to the account you're using, if you log in with another account you won't have access to what you did with the previous one. If this is not the case contact us and we will check it out.

hey please make an option of mass planner to have one time fees. and you can use it for lifetime.

We are working as fast as we can, it's really not that simple after the latest changes. We'll update as soon as we have it.
Sorry to say but we will never do that because this software requires a lot of updates to keep all the 6 platforms updated and constant support 24/7 and for that reason one time payment isn't an option unless we estimate it at a very high price witch would be prohibitive for many. Think of it this way, 6 different platforms needing updates, each at $99 or $147 or even $199 per platform ( what others are asking for similar software) would be a lot to pay for a one time payment. Like this $6.5/month (if you take it for 6 months) or $10/month it's completely affordable to everybody.

what's requirements for VPS that can handle 10 ACCOUNT FOR EACH PLATFORM that's 40 to 60 account?
can i use 10 Dedi Proxy for these number of accounts as it 10 per platform ?
how many account per platform for 1 dedicated proxy?

1.With your instagram poster 17$/month, is some option to not follow users who was followed in past and after unfollowed?
2.Also any option to unfollow/unrequested private users? Or set an follow limit per day separately for private users

that's one of hundreds of features we have, you should check the others as well while we work on that.
As for DM on instagram we already have that in the contact module.

yes 10 proxies should be fine as you can use the same proxy for an account on each platform.

1. it does that automatically, all users that you unfollow go to the ignore list, you can see that in the profiles tab click on that account and there's a tab with the ignore list, you can export/import it to other accounts as well.
2. no, you have an option not to follow private users though

definitely, you can go up to 4 accounts per proxy - but this depends on how you're going to use those accounts, if you promote different stuff it's great, if you're going to promote the same link do it at different times.
