Targetting Brand New Users

I did some testing yesterday. Created a girl account and posted a hashtag #wedding... Within one minute I had a new follower who sold Wedding Dresses. She had 25,000 followers but only 150 follows...

That seems like a great strategy to find new people with not a lot of follows and likes as they notice them.

Any method to this?

Although monitoring tags for new activity is easy, you'll face major difficulties selecting bots from real users.
