Banned the first day + iMacros

Hey,
I'm starting a new account to promote my business I will start soon (it's a e-commerce website)
I made a mistake, I tried to follow too many people the first day and I got banned from following people for 3 days.
Should I start a new fresh account or it doesn't matter if I got banned the first day ?
What are the limits ?

I'm using iMacros and made the scripts myself, but some of them are bad and don't work 100% of the time. Are there some public iMacros script ?

What advices do you give me ? Should I buy a quick boost on Fiverr to make my account more "revelant" ?

Max 300 follows per day the first week and increase the numbers slowly. Do NOT unfollow ! You can also like a couple of photos and that's it.

It doesnt change anything in terms of ban avoidance at least for the first 1/2 months
Instagram also seem to take in consideration the age of the account.
But for example, 1 month account + 1000 followers and 1000 following wont be banned with a good follow/unfollow rhythm, whilst a 1mo acc with 300 followers and 1000 following has more chances with the same rhythm

Buy 1k fake followers, it'll help grow your account much faster.
I'm sure you get less than 20% fb rate right now, buy 1k followers and it should raise it up to atleast 40%, saving you time.
Later on, 1-2 months, the fake followers disappear anyways so engagement is fine, it just saves you a ton of time in beginning since people won't follow an account that has 50 followers and 1000 following, etc.

There are 1 million detractors about inflating accs. From my POV first 1K followers is more useful in psychological term than just "useful" in engagement terms.
In less than 6 months most of them would have drop and you will have only """"""genuine"""""" followers (considering that follow/unfollow techniques does not bring genuine users)
Engagement with 1K users is useless. But you will start way faster with 1K followers than with 10.
From my own experience accounts with 10 follower attract the next 1K >100% slower than the accounts with 1010 followers.
And the absolute engagement is exactly the same (or I would say even better with the inflated 1K accs).

The problem is the engagement system facebook and instagram use. The algorithm is based on "waves". They show your photo to a 5% of your friends. If the 10% engage then they show it to the next 5% of your friend and so on. (engage is simply, liking, commeting, or clicking in the photo, and I think they are even tracking, stopping in your photo during their scroll as an engagement)

What happens with users boost: Their engagement = 0. So If you get lets say 100 real followers then with 1100 your engagement will be near 0 because 90,9% of your users are not real.

But in the beginning what you need is followers, not engagement. And the first 1K will drop sooner or later, so you will finish with a better group 2-3 months after (or even before as Thenub said). This is my strategy at least... maybe there are other people that is using other strategies, but I've seen people with 1M followers in facebook that have not used any boost service, and with less than 100 social signals per 1day post, so at last this is not really an indicator.

Obviously doing the ultra-best content over-viral is the best option, but this is nothing new. The most interesting thing is how to hack the way through, specially when you auto-manage like 100 accs at the same time and you want to introduce 100 new in the next month

Not only likes, as I mention there are other engagement mechanisms like comments, or clicks in your photo. I'm not 100% sure, but I feel that even stopping for 10 seconds by your photo is counted as engagement (I say 10 seconds but it could be 5 or 20, don't know exact time).
