Making A Murderer

Saw This on my feed on Netflix for few days now , Didn't think of watching it until I saw this thread!

I've not seen it, bit I'm willing to bet its a half arsed documentary showing 1 side of the story and missing out parts which don't fit in with the story of him being framed and the fact he did kill someone.

It's easy to twist anything when you are selective on what you include. Just look at the 911 conspiracy theory.

"What made the towers fall? Jet fuel can't melt these memes"

How about 2 fucking huge planes doing 300mph into the fucking towers you tosser.

I saw this when it came out. Biggest mindfuck of a docuseries I've ever seen.

The 1 thing that bothered me was Avery had a strong "anti-motive". If you're suing the city for $36,000,000... what sane (or even insane) person would sacrifice that for 1 night of pussy?

Then to do it on Halloween at 7pm? Like let's rape a woman, kill her, then throw her in a huge bonfire on our yard that everyone can see on the same day droves of little kids go round town knocking on doors. And while we're at it, lets leave the victims bones, car, keys, blood, etc for police whenever they show up. If you have a murderous impulse to rape, you'd think Ted Bundy himself would have a modicum of control to just hold off till the lawsuits done.

My gut tells me he did probably do it. I'm sure that 18 years did a job on his brain. He resented the woman who got him locked up. Probably hated women in general as prison tends to do that to guys. He even called her and suggested she buy him a home which she didn't. I think Avery got out expecting the world to undo all his wrongs, then he realized the world really doesn't GAF. So he snapped and killed Halbach.

It's that or the frame theory. The frame theory, no way I see cops planting that much evidence, especially a body without a witness or Avery himself noticing. Crazy story either way.

I smell some unresolved issues with 9/11. I have them too.

It actually does a surprisingly good job of showing both sides of the story. However there is definitely a slight bias to it as well. But I'd hardly draw any comparisons between this and 9/11.

Sounds insane when you put it like that but need i remind you he only had an IQ of below 70 which is close to being slightly disabled.

I don't think he did it tho.

10/10. Perfect documentary. Shows what happens if you got the wrong people against you. Dunno if he did it or not but he deserves a fair trial.

Give me a few days, I'll have to watch this...

Holy shit. I've literally binged watched straight for 10 hours.
How many of y'all think Steven is actually innocent and it's all a coverup by planting of evidence?

I've gotta say that I somehow think he's innocent. But then again given the amount of jail time he's done for something he hadn't done,it could've screwed with his head.

It's actually two stories over a period of 30 years, the second one still ongoing. But the documentary is on point.

I can't wait for Anonymous to put out the evidence to prove Steve Avery didn't do it.

This is one hell of a series!

Shit - I must check it out! Supposed to be epic!

Is it a Netflix Original? I saw it listed on there..

This made me so incredibly sad and angry. Is he guilty? Innocent? Either way, the criminal justice is corrupt.
