There is nothing special about tech support campaigns and cloaking... the problems are:
1. what are you going to show the spiders/bots/reviewers/partners. They have to see a compliant page that doesn't raise suspicion.
2. what do you do after the complaints? Manual complaints are a real issue on networks like FB, etc. With pops it's less of an issue but still there.
In other words - there is no magic, just work.

Even after using cloaking with all cloakers, BSOD landing page is getting flagged with chrome RED PAGE OF DEATH: MALWAR/PHISING.
Do you know any workaround?

It's only possible if you don't mention Techsupport anywhere in your AD!
So, create a ad for example:
"Buy IPhone Cases 50% Off"
Then use a iPhone case store as safe page, and use your techsupport page as money page. Then cloak and run traffic.
DO NOT MENTION CLOAK/TECHSUPPORT ANYWHERE IN YOUR AD, or you'll get banned
Host your techsupport page on a totally different domain!
Domain 1 for iPhone case store
Domain 2 for techsupport page.
Otherwise you'll get caught!!!
