I got my order today for a starter pack, which was really good.

First, I received a detailed outline of key words, competition, CPC levels, etc. Not only that, but I received three options for domains that were unregistered, which would work well for the particular keyword I wanted to target.

So I registered the domain quickly, installed WordPress, and gave editor privileges to 0P. Within 24 hours, I woke up to a message that the site was done? I was expecting at least a few days.

I open up the site, and was pleased to find not only that he had installed a simple, but functional theme, edited the menu, added necessary plug-ins like Yoast, analytics, no follow, and WP super cache. Nice touch.

There were two articles, which were pretty decent for the price. They were each well over 500 words, and after I edited and added them to suit my audience, they were great. He also added very attractive photos to each post.

Basically, this is a perfect service for people who really want to build out passive income, but do not feel like taking the time to interview, hire, and manage VA's to do the work of setting up micro niche sites.

One way I plan to use this, which would be especially easy for noobs to implement, is to build out the site with some more articles, monetize either through Amazon, click bank, commission Junction, etc., and then filled up Facebook and Instagram accounts around the topic and drive them to the site.

For the price, you cannot beat the service? I will definitely be back throughout the year to pick up some more sites.

No they do not come with adsense,you will need to add that yourself . However if you buy one of these sites a lot of the groundwork will have been done for you i.e competition analysis,cpc bid ,monthly searches etc .As a newbie it will help you speed up the process and avoid information overload plus as christianbed mentioned there are many ways to monetize these kind of sites . You could churn and burn or build it up as a long term asset . Edit, no you do not need to already have a website built, you will just need to deploy wordpress from your hosting Hope that helps

First of all this is part one because I believe that most services on BHW provide pretty good sites and the real deal breaker is will the site will rank and make money or not.

The Way the site was done was perfect. the site is clean backstage and its everything that needs to be on a site that will rank is there. all the plugins are installed and the posts are arranged in categories and tags ..
The content is insane! so much information on my site tons of posts that look so good they are all handwrittenand very readable and actually helpful to someone who would be looking for my niche.. also its all SEOoptimized so good with a perfect score on YOAST
The keyword research was really sharp! a clean report with the promised keyword! crazy CPC and easy competition!can anyone ask for anything more? I researched all the keywords and it does really look like its easy to rank. im excited!

However this service really stands out as being one ofthe best niche site providers that there is and actually if I had to price this site I would put it in the hundreds rather than just the advertised price of $90.

Had real good communication at first. Got a good and detailed kw report. After finding the right kw I got the domain and handed over the info.Site was made Really fast and everything looks absolutely great. Well writen articles, well placed picktures, great plugins.
I have tryed my part of MNS sellers during my time on bhw, and hands down - This is the best one so far.

In less than 24 hours, he delivered a fully operational Wordpress website with a premium Wordpress theme I had been familiar with in the past, videos, content, articles, a unique logo, social buttons, a contact page, a privacy policy, and a disclaimer. Very impressed, and very fast turnaround time.

The content was definitely lower-quality, but with the fast TAT for a complete website I didn't expect much, and the product over-delivered.

Service TAT: 2/10 (even with the flooding problems they had they still delivered it within a month+ or so, I remember I had to send an email once at every 10 days of unresponsiveness)

Keyword research was completely crap, not even the CPC promised of 5$ at first. I had to email them twice about this problem.

The "premium" theme is badly configured with a very bad aspect and maybe my order has been made in rush and they fucked it up. I don't know about others but mine was completely a piece of crap. Luckily they have added a backup theme for me so I could use that one instead ( no more "premium" ).

The backlinks they delivered as an "add-on" were 100% crap. Profile links from crappy websites and directories (no thanks, I've asked them for removal of those).

Overall OP has time to post on forums but more than 2 days passed between my last email and now towards them. GG tho, if I will get my investment back (which I don't believe so) I won't order again so I am not recommending this service to anyone that wants quality and fast TAT. Sorry @keywordspot I am tired of waiting for your emails.
