What if the KW research is done wrong, and you end up with hard KWs? What if the content isn't properly optimized or duplicate ? What if that cheapest hosting takes 5 minutes to load a page?

Learn how to do these things yourself. Outsource when you have a working model, and want to scale.

Why I was thinking to outsource? Because if somebody have a service for example research keywords, definitely he has more experience than me and the probability to choose the right keywords is much higher than me.
I need content writing because I don't speak english at a acceptable level.
I need seo because how I've says person whom offer a quality tested service has mor experience than me.
