Payoneer Card in India

I see a lot of Affiliate marketing sites, trying to linkup with Payoneer, especially their Prepaid card.

Is there ANYWAY for a guy from India to get a Payoneer Prepaid Card.

For use, earn and reuse in online transactions ONLY, not to withdraw to the bank account.

Is there a way of making another account probably US linked [ but can clear the security] [ anyone specializes in this do let me know]

I am asking JUST so that i can generate a prepaid card and receive earnings and re- pay for for gigs etc. using the card.

you sign up in the website, and with 10 business days you will receive your credit card

This doesn't say anything about the card. They do not give prepaid cards anymore due to some RBI guidelines.

RBI is just shitting with us internet marketers, Paypal, Payoneer all messed for indians :/
