Lol, OP you acted like a little bitch, that's why you got banned. It wasn't enough that she gave you your money back, then you had the nerve to blame the owner because YOU couldn't get it to work. It worked for everyone else -- and even if it didn't, they constantly have updates that fix bugs and improve functions.
scrapebox owner is a fcking cheater, they use Paypal leak to cheating people they don't like, they used to waiting for 6 month later after sell, then ban your account, so Paypal will not let you get money back. By this way Scrapebox banned a lot accounts, they steal your money by using leak of Paypal policy, you should compliant to Paypal directly, there are so many customers do not complaint to paypal caused this kind of cheating continue and continue again and again, I am not amazing of your experience because I was cheated one years ago, but Paypal still let it alive, because people like you used to take this cheat because this is very small money lost.

what refunder? I used scrapebox for like 2 years, then bought plugin ranker that did not work and I posted here, like some other dude pointed and I was banned from that plugin, later I complained they banned me from using that plugin and was compltely banned......seetfunny, the developer must have some serious issues.....
she just picked me as example.......this is a fucking support forum, where people can complain......

Actually, this isn't a support forum either. And as others have mentioned, businesses have every right to refuse you service. I've had SB for almost 5 years, transferred to new computers at leasst a dozen times and have never had any kind of issues with their support. In fact, I've found it to be pretty good over the years.
I think you need to lighten up about this, can't be healthy carrying around a grudge like this for so long! And I wouldn't be hitching on to that other guys complaint as proof. Haha. At best, it makes you look bad. At worst, it seems like you wrote it!

to be honest ive used it for 3 years and its my experience that its a community driven bit of software. it came about from improvement suggestions from the community. there is a huge amount of updates fired out regularly and all for a one time fee.
if it was my software I would be charging an annual fee for updates because there is some amount of work gone into it, and continues to go into it.
any problems I have had I emailed support and they worked with me to sort it out.
on one occasion it was just me being a spaz, but they still took me by the hand and sorted it out. there was none of this behaviour that you describe op.
p.s. how come the complaints are coming from aged low post count accounts?

dudes if you think i wrote that other complain you are dead wrong, the dev can for sure check the ip and he will see we are not same people.....

Scrapebox is overall better than GScraper, not to mention that GScraper has a lot of updating failures lately... Better solution for you OP, in my opinion, would be to complete change your hardware ID (since this is the way they track installations), if you want this software badly. Else go for other solution, but not many alternatives. Hope this helps.

Ok, if we talk now about best tool for scaring - it is A-Parser. Because this soft contain completed preset for work with any SE. And in case you need to do some work with another site ( not SE), you can configure your own preset. Also there many abilities to group results or make replacements in result file in progress of scraping.
Few years ago, I have download book about web scraping for ~ 1000 pages and start learn, during reading I have understand that I will learn it 6-9 months before will start work. Think about it and start searching soft. When I get A-Parser, I was amazed - this soft provide FULL functionallity for scrapping like you have read this book.
And finally, in case, when I need save time ang get fast results - I can order in their support Preset for my Task which cost $10 - $15 - I agree that, first time it is hard to work with it, because you should understand how is working source which you want to scrap and how data is placed on pages. But in all next times - you are filling lucky, when u get what u need in a hour instead of one, two weeks.
