Ebay Reputation Boosting Idea?

Only problem I can see with that method is that if you try and do that much feedback increase in a day, I'm sure somebody at eBay will take notice and realize what your doing...

I tried something similar to what Dannythehat suggested and got caught by eBay for feedback manipulation many years ago.

Of course; however, since many of the .01-.10 items are all auction/bidding, you will not be able to just purchase a bunch of items quickly. I have tested this method and it works. Unfortunately it takes time to build up, because bids take forever to finish up. Also Ebay will only let you bid on a certain amount of items.

My advice?
- Download Ebay app on phone and turn on notifications
- When your bidding item gets outbid, wait until theres only 2 hours left or so and beat the bidders price
That way you have a constant stream of feedback and its not just piled up over the course of two days.

You can buy eBooks to boost your feedback. They cost $01-$0.5 each.

Do you know how much would be the maximum number of super cheap items I can buy before being red-flagged ? Because I red somewhere that if I keep buying cheap items like these e b@y will find that suspicious/maybe warn me/ maybe ban my account? Does anybody know more about that ?

SO you got a lot of items that costs less than a dollar. Now you can easily gain a few reviews to make your store looks okay. GO ahead and start on it.

I would alternate between cheapies and some regular items.
Maybe buy around 15 cheap items then proceed by buying an item you actually need in your life.
This way Ebay can't exactly "ban" you for spamming.

Yes that's what I think too. Thanks for your reply, gonna do that randomly; from 10 to 15 max, maybe not everyday.

When I started my ebay store, I bought 20 chains/rings all less than a $1, never got warned by ebay, and none of my buyers seemed to care it was all buyer feedback. You can buy 20 items in less than 30 minutes, auctions would take too long..

If you have no feedback just buy $50 of $1 items. It's 50 instant feedbacks for you... They will not hurt you for doing this.

If you want to rank, buy ebay watchers. They are probably on fiverr. Sending traffic to the listing also helps.

That's interesting, because I did something very similar to that and received a warning...

However, I was buying all the cheap items from the same seller in a 10 minute window. That's probably what did it.
