Promoted Pins for non-US residents?

Hi everyone, I got accepted in promoted pins. I used a US IP proxy.
But when I was setting up the billing, my card was not accepted. Pinterest said they only accept US credit cards.

Is there any way for a non-US resident to use promoted pins? Like a virtual credit card?

It's not available to non-US citizens yet (or maybe only a select few). they did not tell me when they would allow non-US either.

I waited for 2 weeks to be approved for Promoted Pins.

By the way, I heard VCCs can be used for Promoted Pins. Anyone tried it?

Pinterest only works for US credit cards.
You can use anyone other's US credit card to use Pinterest.
