Hey Guys and Gals,

I'm having an annoying problem with Instagram which happened last night. All my accounts are getting this message when I try to log in to them on my iPhone.

Code:
To secure your account, we have reset your password.
Please tap Forgot Password below and follow the instructions to access your account.

  • I currently have 5 accounts running on one IP using FollowLiker. I have stopped this for now.
  • My FollowLiker settings were safe but running on the high side (I feel like this is IG's way of warning me)
  • I registered all the accounts on the same iPhone.
  • My Instagram Application is Up-to-date
  • I entered the emails correctly and have access to them.

So the issue is:

I request a password reset and do the process of changing the password (get the email, visit the website, enter new password, submit).

Yet I'm still getting this message every time I try to log in with the new reset password. It's a loop effect. I'm going around and around.

If I do a password reset and try to log in with a browser (FireFox), I just get the error of incorrect password.

Anyone had this happen to them? If so, what's the plan of action?

I don't think it has to do with Proxies or IPs. Everyone experiencing this is using Follow Liker.

Instagram found out something about the Follow Liker bot. Doesn't matter if you're accounts are following 100/day or 1,000/day. They are getting temporarily banned.

The red hearing for me, is that after the password reset, we can logon via browser, we can like, follow, etc, no problem.
But, can not login via Follow Liker until about 12 hours later. Even though the browser and Follow Liker are using the same IP. So, what is preventing the FL bot from accessing Instagram?

Tried with a different IP on my phone, didn't work.

I'm stuck from logging in on my accounts.

I messaged Instagram support about one account to try and get an answer.

Will update if I hear anything back or find a fix.

Otherwise I'm in a loop of receiving this message, resetting my password and then getting the same error message.

I had the same problem, all I did is reset my password through a public wi-fi. Hope it helps!

Don't secure just leave it. I've had that orange shit on my spam accounts for 2 fucking years

have you tried to log in from a different device or from the site? maybe your device id is blocked?

Follow liker is the problem and they had the balls to tell me I am the only one having this issue. I should copy and paste every post here and send them a long as* email telling them to stop with the lies and fix their software. I am so glad I paid for the unlimited license which is now useless. I have over 150 accounts password reset using private proxies.

Tried to do it from my neighbors today (failed/same message). It only got two of my accounts but I stopped FollowLiker for the weekend.
I can't login with my browser because it says my password is incorrect.

Going to try another freebie wifi on my laptop this weekend at Starbucks or something.

Also no reply from Instagram. Don't expect one for a year to be honest.

djw80 would be good to inform them how many people are having an issue.

I am running a max of 3 IP's from home and add proxies after. It could have been coming from the 5 accounts being too many for one IP.
