Facebook FriendAdder Pro, customer service disappeared?

hi, some years ago I bought the full version of this software, after long time I installed it again but it's not working.
I think it just need a key reset.
But assistance is not available on skype anymore, the software was very expensive and I can't accept it.

What can I do?

Learn to accept it there must be other ways to get in contact with them besides Skype?
