Sorry for the late review, I've been very busy.

I received a review copy of 10 links from OP, and here is my honest review (based on what I personally think about the service delivered):

I tried to verify the metrics of all the links, and they were pretty impressive. However, they were different from what OP mentioned in the report, with some being higher and some others being lower. I used a free tool for this, though, so not sure if that was the reason.

The comments were readable and apparently had quite a bit of variety, so seems like some work was put into writing them out.

However, I'm a little worried about the fact that if the same sites are going to be used always, it may lead to a lot of spam, and hence may end up reducing the effectiveness of the links. I used it on a one-page blogspot blog which is just sitting as it is, so I don't really care about it.

Overall, I'm happy with what I received.

I got a review copy from OP, got 10 comments from him.

First I must say that communication with him was great and the TAT was very fast.
The comments where on high TF and CF, included my keywords and with different side text (the comments where different).
The only down side I can see here is that they are not in relevant pages, the niche is general (I must add that the OP have mention that in advance)

In conclusion, I think this is a good service that do exactly what he say he will do, if you are looking to place links with your keywords on high TF and CF comment - this is it!
 
My Review;

All 10 links were in place, spread across a nice mix of sites. As above they are not niche specific but the OBL are low.

The metrics for the links are good for the price being charged.

Nice service, with very prompt communication and quick delivery.
 
OP provided me a Free Review copy of 10 ******** links and I checked 5 random links from Majestic SEO and the promised TF and CF were there.

Possibly a good service even for Tier one to get a more diversified link profile. Delivered as promised within a faster TAT also (Less than 24 hours)
