The overall effort of the site is 100% worth the cost. for my review copy he gave me over the amount of text that was promised. He gave some good keywords to choose from. After he gave me the original keywords I asked him to take a look at a specific niche, he did, and found some good easy to rank keywords.

The posts are all a good length, they have a good format, and are fairly well written. (More than good enough for SEO purposes.)
