I doubt that is organic traffic he probably spent most of that on the traffic but clearly making a profit.

last year I was making 300-500 a day now I rejoice when I see $70 a day status.
also it doesn't mean he is getting all 15K profits. Only with SEO it is very hard but not impossible to get that much traffic. Through the number of views tells he is getting traffic from SEO based sites else he might be at loss! Or maybe it is one account handled by a team.

HELL NO! during my best days, I used to make a lot of money. But it doesn't mean I make this kind of money every day of the year.
P.S. I've already shared methods to make tons of money. Look them up. It requires paid traffic where you can scale with little efforts, unlike SEO which requires lots of efforts.
To scale you just need to ramp up budget, of course it's easier said than done.
