I think his welfare cheque came through. Does the American Social Security/Welfare put people up in hotels? Pretty sure the dude is homeless.
I have known plenty of bullshitters in my time, but have to respect Sam for the way it continually flows non stop.

The US social and welfare system usually helps place people in section 8 housing or a low-income apartment while occasionally providing them with temporary job opportunities through the TAP program (temporary assistant program), the TANF (temporary assistance for needy families) program, or another program I'm forgetting where they're required to submit proof that they are searching for a regular job in addition to the usual food stamps and welfare cheques. For some lucky few poor individuals, there's even a program (at least in Riverside) where low-income people can actually do some kind of rent-to-own type program through what I believe to be HUDs Section 8 Homeownership program where they only have to pay some ridiculously low amount of rent like $200 each month

At the expense of various loan companies in that and other videos like it, he's shitting all over them whilst putting his MaxBounty aff link in the video description.
