It sounds like you purchased our Web Traffic, which as explained in our FAQ is provided with iframes, which are not all full page. We do filter for bots, and when a user is deemed real, the frame will load on our publishers' websites. This type of traffic does not have a high engagement rate. We also explain on our Website and the confirmation ticket that was posted, the traffic won't reliably be tracked by GA because it is framed. So your review of the service you ordered, sounds correct, however calling it fake is not.

Especially considering GA picked up the traffic as having an 88% bounce rate meanwhile my website is picking it up as 100% bounce rate.

We've been selling it for four years and a lot of people find it beneficial, some do report conversions. But if you're looking for traffic that has a higher engagement rate, then as I mentioned, the Traffic Wizard would be a better option for you.
