try to do that with one of the video editors like camtasia ...
there must be some options to add a text whatever you want in your video

Try making your video project resolution have the same aspect ratio (1:1)
For example: 1920 x 1920 pixels and place the video with 1920x1080 in the middle maintaining aspect ratio.
Then you can add the subtitles with the text preset in your editing software.
I use sony vegas btw.

You can add title on videos by using adobe editor for easy editing on videos. But you have to know how to edit videos from adobe.

You can add header and footer easily by using Adobe After Effects.
Adobe After Effects is the best software for video editing.
