My youtube video was flagged and taken down for content issues. I'm pretty sure it didn't violate any terms. I sent an appeal and the video was restored. Is it possible for it to be flagged again?

Topic was about freebies. It went down almost instantly after uploading it. Not sure it even had any views to be honest.what is the topic of the video?
Was not views.Yes! if views flag it; you can't do anything!
The problem was not with your video, the problem was in your description.
While I'm not going to absolutely spoon feed you on this, I'll give you a massive head start.
Look at your description ... See any special characters in there that are not usually used in other video descriptions in general?
Still not certain? Take out all punctuation.
YouTube algorithm will auto-flag (community flag) your video for these types of violations.
And that is why you can get a video flagged by the community before you even have a single view on that video.
