Using new adsense account & reducing footprint

Hi guys need your opinions. Can I use my other adsense account on the same ip with a ban record in the past? And it seems other members are doing fine with multiple accounts by using the same device/laptop/pc with private proxies. I've read that one needs to clear cookies, change pc name, change resolution, and those seems logical. Any other tips on reducing footprints? Thanks bhw.

Adsense have 100 million active accounts. Do you really think that they will check every one of them by PC name, or resolution or some other detail.

I have multiple adsense accounts. Only method that I use to hide my ass is that I use different browser for defferent adsense account.

And I don't have any problems.
